It may increase Blood Flow in the Uterus. Pregnant and Nursing Women shouldn’t take it. Indian Frankincense may cause Blood Clotting or Blood Thinner in some cases.
Indian Frankincense is a Herb, there is no standard recommended Dose.
In Arthritis studies, 100 mg to 1000 mg of Indian Frankincense extracts or 300 mg to 600 mg of Indian Frankincense with other Herbs can be used daily. A cream containing 2% Indian Frankincense can be used on Skin during Radiation Treatment. The cream can be applied twice daily during Therapy.
